I have been using Nicci and Elemental Fit Meals for over 3 months now. I switched from Factor - and since I've switched I've noticed a huge change in my physique. I am down 20 lbs and by far the most lean and strong I have ever been. The quality and taste of the food is without question. The service is easy, and if your on the go like me and don't have as much time as you'd like to cook or shop - but more importantly and looking to achieve certain fitness goals - this is the meal prep for you. Some meals up to 100G in protein, low calorie - and she has a ton of options that can cater to what you like. I'd recoMmend Nicci to anyone - not just pro athletes - especially for the cost and service!
